Assemblies W/ Missing Insts

A summary of staff assembly pertaining to missing instruments.

The following information is provided in the Missing Inst - Assemblies W/ Missing Insts Report:

1) Users Tab

• Sonar user
• Total assemblies
• Assemblies with missing instruments
• Percent of total assemblies with missing instruments

2) Detail Tab

(detail of the items with the missing instruments)

• Assembly date & time
• Sonar user
• Missing instrument supplier
• Missing instrument part number
• Missing instrument
• Specialty
• Item type
• Item name
• Inventory name
• Number of instruments in the item
• Item category
• Is the item tracked by inventory number?
• Clinic / Department name (if applicable)

3) Summary Tab

(Summary of all users)

• Total assemblies
• Total assemblies with missing instruments
• Percent of total assemblies with missing instruments
• Items with multiple inventory with instruments missing

Filter Options:

• Select a timeframe (mandatory)

This can help with answering the questions (examples):

• Which staff have the highest or lowest percentage of assemblies with missing instruments?
• Which item inventory are missing instruments?
• Which prods are missing from items? Are there patterns?
