Primary Product

Primary Product Info

The primary part number information is displayed in the top left of the screen. This information is populated upon the creation of the backup record. 

Change...

To modify the primary instrument, use the Change... button to look up a different instrument in the product catalog. 


Quantity Management

Current Qty

The number of instruments physically present in this location.

Par

The standard number of instruments stored in this location or the "Order Up To Level."

Min

The minimum number of instruments that should ever exist in this location or the "Min Order Up To Level."

Storage Location

The name of the rack, row, and bin for each backup record.

Notes

Add any notes as necessary about this backup record.

Last Used

Date and time stamp is associated with the last user to modify the record.

Last Sweep

When the Qty Sweep Mode checkbox is on, this field will appear to signify when the last time a sweep was performed.
