-> Print Report: Select to print a copy of the Coaching Event Report

-> Delete:Delete the current coaching event

-> Cancel: Go back to the Coaching Home Screen without saving any changes

Save changes and return to the Coaching Home Screen


General Area

Facility

The facility is automatically filled in based on the location you are currently located at. This is based on the location listed under your name in the top navigation bar. 

Config
The facility default mitigates the risk of incorrect data entry. If the user does not realize they are beamed up to the wrong location, they may record a coaching event in the wrong location. If you would like your staff to be able to select other facilities in your health system, contact your dedicated Ascendco CSM today! Learn more here.

Type

This entry is automatically filled in because there is only one type of coaching event.

Person

Select the person you would like to coach.


Events Since Last Coaching

Once a user's name is selected, Sonar will automatically fill the Events Since Last Coaching table. All events or failed audits that this person was accountable for since the last recorded coaching event will be included.


Coaching Details

The discussion during the coaching event can be noted here.


Status

The status of the audit is used for managing the audit as it is recorded and processed. It can be used as a communication tool to make sure everyone stays on the same page.

Status

  • Complete - The coaching event has occurred and the status has been set to Complete. Note that this is the default
  • Incomplete - The coaching event has not been completed yet
