A summary of items and their properties such as specialty, inventory, location, and much more.
The following information is provided in the Items - Item Detail Report:
- Facility
- Category (facility, clinic, or loaner)
- Item type
- Item name
- Inventory quantity
- Number of instruments in the item
- Packaging type (container, wrap, peel pack)
- Packaging notes (size of packaging type)
- Specialty
- Department / Clinic
- Storage area (vague area / room)
- Storage location (specific)
- Preferred sterilization method
- Preferred sterilization parameter?
- Is the item tracked by inventory?
- Sonar ID in Epic (for preference cards)?
- Set repair cycles for maintenance
- Does the item include implants?
- Is the item hand wash in decontam?
- Item weight
- If a vendor set, is it consigned?
- Is the item marked as high priority?
- Is the item active
- Quantity of times sterilized in the selected timeframe
- Quantity of time scheduled (via Epic ID) in the selected timeframe
Filter Options:

- Select a "sterilized during dates selected" - only pulls items that were sterilized during the timeframe selected
- Select an item category(s) - facility, clinic, and loaner
- Select an item specialty(s) - ortho, neuro, etc
- Select a specific item(s)
- Select an item type - camera, pack, power, scope, set, vset

- Which items are missing information such as sterilize parameters, home locations, or repair cycles?
