Items Usage

A summary of item usage during a selected timeframe.

The following information is provided in the Items - Item Usage Report:

• Item name
• Item type
• Specialty
• Active inventory quantity
• Total sterilized
• Total item products sterilized
• Max quantity sterilized in one day
• Average sterilized per day (M-F)
• Average sterilized per week
• Sterilized elsewhere (other than home facility)

Filter Options:

• Select a timeframe (mandatory)

This can help with answering the questions (examples):

• Which items do we use the most?
• Which items may we want to increase or decrease the inventory quantity?
• Which items have we used more in one day than inventory quantity?
• View item usage by specialty
