Locator Overview

The Locator Module allows you to find specific inventory of any item throughout your facility and heath system. Use the features and filters to get information such as last scan date & location, what instruments are missing, and which items do specific instruments belong to. Features include:

• Find an item inventory by name, barcode, or serial number (Locate Set Ortho Minor 006).
• Find all of an item's inventory locations (Locate all Set Ortho Minors).
• Look up item inventory quantities, how many are sterile, and how many are in currently in circulation (How many Set Ortho Minors do we own, how many are sterile, and how many are actually available for reprocessing?).
• Use a part number to find which item(s) it belongs to and where they are currently located. (Which set can I find a BD511R?)
• Find inventory by last used days = X (Provide a list and location of all trays unused since 90 days ago).
• Locate an item inventory at a different facility (Is Ortho Minor 004 still at North Hospital?).
• Provide a list of all trays in a specific location (Decon, OR, sterilizer, waiting for assembly).
• Provide a list and location of all items within a specialty, clinic, vendor, etc. (Locate all eye items).
