The following information is provided in the Missing Insts - NonConforming Trays Report:

Tabs 1 & 2: Sets & Vendor Sets

• Item type
• Prod type
• Specialty
• Item name
• Inventory number
• Vendor
• Part number
• Product name
• Par quantity
• Quantity found
• Quantity still needed
• Is marked critical if missing (true/false)
• Is marked as a surgeon preference (true/false)
• Missing since (timeframe)
• Number of days missing
• Staff who last assembled the item inventory
• Date last assembled

Tab 3: Inventory W/ Missing

(Specific Item Inventory that have missing prod(s).)

• Item name
• Inventory number
• Number of instruments missing
• Is marked critical if missing (true/false)
• Current location (last scanned location)

This can help with answering the questions (examples):

• Which item inventory have missing instruments and where can I find them?
• Which products do I need to purchase?
• How long has the forcep been missing from Set Gen Minor?
• Do any items have multiple inventory with missing instruments?
