    Article summary

    In this section, learn about the viewable information foundin the the prods tab during assembly of an item. This includespriority, packaging type, packaging size, parameters, color coding, and total quantity of products in the item.

    Item Level Information

    Priority

    Facility selectable status for an item designating its reprocessing prioritization. The status is either Normal or High.

    Packaging Type

    Facility selectable packaging type, which include Containerized, Wrapped, Peel Pack, or Double Peel Pack.

    Packaging Size

    Facility free text designating the size of the container, wrap, or pack(s).

    Config
    Priority and Packaging Type/Size can be configured by Manager and Admin Users in Items Module -> Specific Item -> General Tab

    Parameter

    Facility selectable sterilization method and parameters.

    Config
    Item Sterilization Method and Parameter can be configured by Manager and Admin Users in Items Module -> Specific Item -> Process Tab

    Color Coding

    Green

    All of the product par level has been marked as found during the current assembly.

    Red

    1) Par for the product has at least one marked as missing during the current assembly.

    2) Par for the product has at least one marked as missing during the previous assembly and has not been marked to found yet.

    Gray

    The product that is currently selected.

    White

    Any product not yet selected and marked as found or missing yet.

    Total Quantity of Products in an Item

    The first number, 78, represents the total quantity of products called for on the item count sheet. The second number, 0, changes based on the quantity marked as found during assembly.
