A summary of all quality events / audits and the information documented in them.

**The following information is provided in the Quality - Quality Digest Report:**

Tab 1 & 2: OR Events & Post Procedure Events

- Facility
- Quality event type
- Quality event level
- Quality event SubType
- Quality event status
- Quality event time
- Occurred by (documented by)
- Inventory affected
- Who is accountable
- OR
- Surgeon
- Delay length
- Was the issue a process problem?
- Was the issue a data problem?
- Notes
- Was the issue followed up on?
- Issue marked as confirmed
- Confirmed by

Tab 3: Audit

- Facility
- Audit type
- Audit level
- Audit status
- Audit time
- Audited by
- Item inventory name
- Who is accountable
- Failed steps
- Failed prods

**This can help with answering the questions (examples):**

- What problems are we facing from OR staff? SPD staff?
- What processes are causing quality concerns?
