A summary of item repair cycles and their inventory repair countdown.
The following information is provided in the Repair - Repair Maintenance Report:
Tab 1: Inv Overdue or Upcoming for Rep: Inventory that needs or will soon need repair.
Tab 2: Inv Repair Compliant: Inventory that are not near needing repair.
Tab 3: Inv by Item: All item inventory and their repair status / needs.
(All three tabs have the same columns)
- Item name
- Inventory number
- Barcode
- Repair cycle set
- Cycles since last repair
- Cycles until repair needed
- Last repair date
- Last scan location
- Last sterilize date
- Storage location
This can help with answering the questions (examples):
- Which items should I pull for our instrument repair service today? Where can I find these items?
- Which items don't have repair cycles set? Which do?
- When was the last time item X was sharpened?
- Are all trays currently compliant with facility sharpening standards?
