Contact your Ascendco (Sonar) representative to get started on reports based on your utilization of the quality module! A few examples include:
1. What percent of all trays scanned into decontam had a quality issue? What were the exact problems of these trays?
2. What percent of audited trays after assembly had a quality issue? What were the problems and who assembled them?
3. What percent of cases had a quality event? Did it cause a delay or cancellation?
4. Track quality events by day, week, month, person, specialty, etc.
5. Create your own report!
