In this section, learn about the Facilities Module -> Users -> Auth Tab. This can assist you in creating / editing a user and managing their Sonar access.
Badge Barcode
The user's badge barcode to be used to log in to Sonar via scanning it on the log-in page (either in the password field or not in a field).
To set this up, scan your badge directly into this field and select Save.
Select Print to print a badge barcode.
Config
Some facilities do not have the ability to modify/add a custom Badge Barcode. In those cases, Sonar will autogenerate a barcode value. Be sure to print these out and adhere to staff badges!
Supervisor Override Pin
If a user has a Sonar role of supervisor, manager, or admin, have them set up an override pin that can be used for double-check points in the Assemble and Sterilize Module. This is an alternate option to scanning their badges for the double-check.
