    Trays Waiting to Be Assembled

    To view trays waiting to be assembled, click the number under trays.


    A screen will populate with everything listed that has been logged into Decon but has yet to hit an Assembly station.

     

    Config
    The Waiting to Assemble metric is customizable. Facility locations can be set up for racks in the department that house trays coming out of the washer while they wait to be assembled, and the Waiting to Assemble value can display the number of trays scanned to this location. This is just one example of the options available for this view. Select one or a combination of the below locations to display:

    • Decon Receiving
    • In Washer
    • Waiting after Washer
    • Waiting to Assemble
    • Waiting for Vendor Station
