Top Buttons

Search Bar

Search for a coaching event by any of its attributes. For example: Search Sarah to see coaching events associated with users that have the first name Sarah. 

Add Button

Start the process of adding a coaching event. For more information on this, visit Coaching Detail.

Actions 

-> Delete: Delete the selected coaching event.


Filters

Facility

The default is to filter to coaching events for the facility you are currently located at. This is based on the location listed under your name in the top navigation bar. Other facilities in your health system can be selected to filter the list.

Config
The Audits Home Screen is a great place to go to look at the detail behind events at a specific facility. For more in-depth filtering and trend identification, head over to the Quality Dashboard in the Ascendco Analytics Engine - Domo! If you do not have access to Domo, reach out to your dedicated Ascendco CSM today.

Status

Select a specific Status to filter the list. Status types are:

Complete - The coaching event has occurred and the status has been set to Complete

Incomplete - The coaching event has not been completed yet

When

Select a timeframe option or choose a specific date to filter the list. Note that Past 7 Days is the default. Options for the When filter are:

All - Every coaching event that has occurred within the selected filter parameters

Today - All coaching events conducted today

Past 7 Days - All coaching events conducted in the past week

Past 30 Days - All coaching events conducted in the past month

Custom - Use the calendar to select or type in the date of a specific day to see all coaching events conducted that day

Accountable

Select a specific person. This will filter the list to all of the coaching events for which they have been marked as Accountable.
