Customize a Report

Create a New Report

If you do not see the report information that you are looking for, please contact Ascendco (Sonar) Support with the following information:

• Emails of all people to receive the report
• All information needed in the report (user name, length of time, item name, etc)
• Purpose of the report (context helps the data and analytics team with creating the report)
• Is this report a one time request? If no:
• Request a reoccurring report by timeframe (every Monday, daily at 8AM, first day of every month, etc)

Or

• Request that the report be accessible to you to pull directly in Sonar. Note that this can take months to build
