Record a decon POU quality event such as OR mixed instruments within trays, did not spray the instruments, or left sharps in the tray.
Quality Event Barcode Sheet
Speed up the quality event documentation process in decon by creating a quality event barcode sheet. Put all of the barcodes on a blank document, print it, and then laminate it.

Scan a tray, then a decon POU barcode to record the event.
Manual
Scan a tray, then select the applicable decon POU barcode to record the event.
Config
To add a decon quality event, go to Facility Module -> Quality -> Add. Type = Event, Occurs = Occurs in SPD, and select the For Decon Receiving check box. Fill in all other applicable information for your custom quality event.
